This role is fully remote, allowing you to conduct sessions in a comfortable environment of your choice while enjoying the flexibility of telehealth services. As part of our team, you will utilize modern technology for client communications, electronic medical record keeping, and collaboration with other healthcare providers. • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring quality oversight in patient care.
• Collaborate with community professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans, integrating cross-system approaches for individual care.
• Deliver evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy to diverse groups, including individuals and families, while adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Assess and respond to crisis situations, prioritizing the urgency of clients' needs and facilitating access to appropriate resources and services.
• Conduct training sessions on relevant clinical topics for staff and community members, enhancing overall competency and awareness in mental health practices.
• Perform initial assessments to establish treatment needs, formulate accurate diagnoses using the DSM-5, and complete Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments during client intakes.
• Develop personalized treatment plans outlining therapeutic objectives and strategies, providing ongoing therapy and educational support tailored to each individual's circumstances.
• Utilize various therapeutic models, such as behavior modification and brief therapy techniques, to enhance the effectiveness of counseling sessions.

You will primarily work with mothers and underserved populations, addressing complex mental health needs through sensitive and informed approaches. Understanding socioeconomic determinants and how they impact mental health is crucial, as you will guide clients through their unique challenges while empowering their journey towards wellness.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
• An independent license to practice therapy in your state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.
• Password to manage a comprehensive caseload effectively while interfacing with larger healthcare providers and support staff.
• Demonstrated commitment to improving lives through behavioral healthcare, with a keen understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Strong proficiency in electronic communication and medical records management, ensuring efficient documentation and client interactions.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Windows applications, to navigate organizational systems effectively.

• Training and experience in evidence-based practices related to mental health therapy.
• Demonstrated capability in managing digital communication and providing therapy in a remote setting.
• Experience in supporting underserved populations and addressing the specific mental health challenges they face.
