In this role, you will provide essential outpatient mental health services, primarily through telehealth platforms, to support individuals facing various psychological challenges. • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify psychological disorders through evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the best interests and goals of your clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure record-keeping for all client communications and treatment documents.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical interventions, making adjustments based on client progress and feedback.
• Stay engaged with the latest research and advancements in mental health to elevate the quality of care provided.
• Provide clients with necessary resources and coping strategies to help them achieve their treatment goals.

Your clientele may include children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationships challenges, trauma, and more. You will champion an inclusive atmosphere that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences, ensuring that every client feels valued and understood.

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to provide empathetic and effective care.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage interruptions, and maintain focus on client care.

• Experience in providing telehealth services or familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.
• Competence in utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
