Job description

We are seeking a full-time Psychometrist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and rapidly growing office, contributing both clinically and operationally.

Position: Psychometrist / Cognitive Therapist

Schedule: Monday – Friday (In-Person) Spanish Speaking required
Hours: Flexible within standard business hours
Location:  Manhattan or Bronx

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and score neuropsychological and psychological testing under clinician supervision
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of evaluation reports
  • Provide Cognitive Remediation Therapy (CRT) to patients as part of treatment plans
  • Support the day-to-day workflow of a growing office environment
  • Maintain testing materials, ensure proper documentation, and uphold compliance standards
  • Serve as a key point of presence in the office, helping ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field required
  • Previous experience with neuropsychological testing preferred
  • Experience or training in cognitive remediation therapy strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative clinical team
  • Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
