Job Description:

PROGRAM FINANCIAL ANALYST
Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Financial Analyst . Here, you'll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives and where your program management career can go at GDIT.

  • Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Monitor program financial performance, including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to program performance.
  • Ensure financial compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support program reviews, audits, and financial documentation requests.
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices for financial management.
  • Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
  • Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program
  • Participate in establishing and defining program requirements
  • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
  • Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements
  • May perform business development activities


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Experience: 2+ years in financial analysis, program finance, project finance, or related roles.
Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite (EXCEL), strong analytical and problem solving skills. Time Management and task prioritization.
US citizenship required
Role requirements: Weekly deliverables, Strong financial modeling and analytical skills., Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $75,900. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
