Rate: $80
Position Description
The Program Analyst provides analytical, reporting, and operational support, with a primary focus on data analysis, quantitative modeling support, documentation, and reporting. This role supports Pharmacy SMEs, Business Consultants, and the Program Manager by performing structured analysis, preparing draft materials, and supporting recurring and ad hoc reporting requirements.
The Program Analyst role is designed to perform the majority of quantitative and analytical execution tasks, allowing senior SMEs and consultants to focus on expert judgment, advisory services, and decision-making support.
Key Responsibilities
· Support data analysis and modeling activities, including data validation, scenario analysis support, trend analysis, and documentation of assumptions
· Assist with preparation of independent cost estimate inputs, including labor mix support, utilization analysis, and cost driver documentation
· Support evaluation advisory and acquisition activities by preparing analytical summaries, tables, and draft supporting materials
· Prepare draft reports, briefing materials, and documentation for review by senior team members.
· Support development of recurring and ad hoc deliverables, including Monthly Performance Reports and analytical work products.
· Maintain organized documentation, version control, and supporting data files in accordance with program standards.
· Comply with PHI data security and remote work & VPN access requirements when collaborating with business partners.
Minimum Qualifications
· Associate’s degree in business, economics, data analysis, healthcare administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting analysis, reporting, or program support functions.
· Experience working with spreadsheets, data analysis tools, or reporting platforms preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to support multiple tasks in a fast-paced consulting environment.
· Experience working with pharmacy claims data and knowledge of pharmacy contracting and payment concepts strongly preferred.Rios Partners Benefits:
