The Project Manager Data Analyst supports multiple construction tool installation projects through scheduling, reporting, analytics, and project controls activities. This role is responsible for maintaining project schedules, analyzing project performance data, and delivering actionable insights that support successful project execution.
Using Primavera P6, Power BI, and Excel, the Project Manager Data Analyst develops and maintains project schedules, monitors project performance, tracks KPIs, identifies risks, and provides reporting across multiple projects. This position works closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Field Operations, Vendors, and Leadership to support forecasting, schedule management, and data-driven decision-making.

Project Scheduling & Controls
โ€ข Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
โ€ข Manage project milestones, deliverables, and baseline schedules.
โ€ข Perform schedule analysis and identify risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.
โ€ข Monitor project progress and provide schedule forecasts and variance reporting.
โ€ข Coordinate schedule updates with project teams and stakeholders.
Data Analytics & Reporting
โ€ข Collect, analyze, and interpret project data across multiple projects.
โ€ข Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports.
โ€ข Develop weekly and monthly project performance reports.
โ€ข Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
โ€ข Support reporting automation and data visibility initiatives.
Portfolio & Stakeholder Support
โ€ข Support scheduling and reporting for multiple concurrent projects.
โ€ข Develop portfolio-level dashboards and performance reporting.
