Our Lancaster, PA team is hiring an experienced HVAC Inventory Data Analyst - Travel Required to join us full-time and enhance our inventory management strategies.
Depending on experience, you'll earn $55,000 to $65,000 per year.

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR HVAC INVENTORY DATA ANALYST:
  • Bachelor's degree in a field like statistics, data analytics, business analytics, supply chain management, or industrial engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory, operations, or supply chain analytics
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, with knowledge of macros, pivot tables, and Power Query
  • Exceptional data analysis skills and comfort with statistics
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Working knowledge of inventory management and supply chain methodologies
  • Ability to use visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to present data insights
  • Comfort using inventory management software and an ERP system like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE:
In collaboration with internal operations, procurement, and warehouse teams, our Inventory Data Analyst is responsible for forecasting inventory needs to maintain optimal stock levels and support company profitability. You'll closely analyze inventory data to identify patterns and areas for improvement. Through effective data analysis, you'll provide valuable insights to management and support accurate demand forecasting.
You'll monitor inventory records, validate data, and strategically plan replenishment orders. If you identify any record discrepancies, you'll investigate and perform root cause analysis of the issue. You'll develop strategies for continually optimizing our inventory management procedures and systems, find ways to reduce carrying costs and stockouts, and track metrics to measure your performance. Your analytical mindset will help refine our inventory strategies and support daily efficiency!
