• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and challenges.

As a member of Family Health Care Group, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing various mental health challenges. Our clients come from different backgrounds and age groups, providing a rich opportunity to apply your skills in a variety of therapeutic contexts. • Current and valid state license as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in providing mental health counseling.
• Experience with a range of therapeutic modalities is preferred, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for virtual therapy sessions.
