Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Production Support (Operations) Engineer to maintain the business operation and provide application support for Medicaid systems. In this, you’ll do real-time monitoring, lead incident response efforts, strengthen production reliability, and champion automation across a highly integrated healthcare technology landscape. You’ll collaborate with engineering, vendors, and business teams to keep systems healthy, data flowing, and controlled changes.

What You’ll do:

Real-time system monitoring & proactive incident management, Production deployment governance & operational readiness, Troubleshooting of managed file transfers, batch jobs, webservice transactions, Linux-based analysis, scripting, and automation initiatives, Cross-functional communication with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, SOP development, root-cause reviews, and continuous improvement.
