MDM ETL Specialist / Developer
Remote (U.S. Based)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MDM ETL Specialist / Developer to support enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives in a large-scale data environment. This role is responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting Informatica MDM and Informatica PowerCenter solutions that drive data integration, data quality, and enterprise data management capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, ETL development, SQL, data integration, and production support.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and support Informatica MDM solutions and related data integration processes
  • Design and build ETL mappings, mapplets, sessions, workflows, and transformations
  • Support data integration across multiple source systems
  • Automate data processing and scheduling activities
  • Monitor and support ETL and MDM jobs in development, testing, and production environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and scripts
  • Support data quality, matching, standardization, reconciliation, and governance initiatives
  • Collaborate with QA, business, and technical teams during testing and defect resolution
  • Participate in technical design discussions and solution development
  • Support unit, integration, and system testing activities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in MDM, ETL/ELT, data integration, or data engineering
  • 3+ years of hands-on Informatica MDM experience
  • Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter
  • Experience building and supporting:

  • Experience with ETL scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting
