This is a remote role, open to candidates based in the Western United States. Approximately 50% travel is required. To optimize client engagement, candidates should reside near a major metropolitan airport with direct access to key regional and national markets.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the endtoend sales strategy for a team in the Western region, driving growth across workplace culinary services, integrated facilities management, and employee experience-focused service models.
  • Inspire, mentor, and empower a toptier sales organization-fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Build and deepen relationships with Csuite executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO) to uncover enterprisewide opportunities and position Sodexo as a strategic partner.
  • Develop compelling, insightdriven solutions through strong financial modeling, datadriven storytelling, and a deep understanding of corporate real estate, workplace trends, and operational demands.
  • Partner crossfunctionally with marketing, operations, culinary innovation, and technical services teams to deliver highimpact proposals and differentiated value propositions.
  • Maintain sales governance, integrity, and compliance in alignment with Sodexo's financial, HR, and legal standards.
  • Monitor regional performance against the strategic plan, ensuring aggressive growth targets are met while strengthening profitability and client satisfaction.
