Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening to support attorneys in its Salt Lake City office. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a legal secretary in a law firm. Position may be fully remote for highly qualified candidates willing to work hours in the MST zone.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Utah State and Federal Rules preferred.
  • Work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation and e-discovery.
  • Experience and knowledge with e-filing in state and federal court, case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, exhibit preparation, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
  • Experience with insurance defense and commercial litigation is a must.
