Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Legal Secretary. This role supports a team of attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Key Responsibilities:

Familiarity with Oklahoma State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

Ability to provide administrative support to multiple attorneys, including a variety of in-office management responsibilities

Experience working independently on:

  • Pleadings
  • Discovery
  • Motion preparation
  • E-discovery matters

Knowledge of and experience with:

  • State and federal court e-filing
  • Case management procedures
  • Oklahoma county civil court docket procedures
  • Document review
  • Exhibit preparation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Compulaw is preferred and considered a plus
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
