Part-Time Legal Secretary – Family Law

Established family law office in Santa Barbara is seeking an experienced legal secretary for a part-time position (2–3 days per week).

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of legal secretarial experience (family law experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
