The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market penetration, and building strategic relationships with end-user customers. This role focuses on developing long-term customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering complete Epson solutions that address customer needs and business objectives. As a member of Epson's Commercial and Industrial Printing team, you will support the growth of our large format printing portfolio, helping customers leverage innovative technologies for graphics, signage, textile, and specialty printing applications.
Success in this role requires a consultative approach, strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to engage key decision-makers with value-based solutions. The ideal candidate is skilled at building trust, understanding customer challenges, and demonstrating how Epson's innovative technologies can deliver measurable business outcomes.
This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

The starting annual base pay for this role is between $106,802 and $146,853. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in Epson's sales incentive compensation plan. Target total compensation is structured under a 65/35 pay mix, with approximately 65% of target compensation represented by base salary and 35% represented by target incentive compensation. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
