Business Analyst – Intermediate

Job Title: Business Analyst – Intermediate
Location: Remote (100% Remote)
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Business Analyst to support survey administration, data reporting, and analytics initiatives for a remote assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing survey platforms, generating data reports, and creating meaningful visualizations using business intelligence tools.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage survey schedules according to project timelines
  • Create, administer, and monitor surveys and reporting initiatives
  • Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards
  • Analyze data trends and present findings through visualization tools
  • Utilize Excel pivot tables for reporting and data analysis
  • Support new survey and reporting projects as assigned
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of collected data
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support reporting needs
  • Communicate findings and project updates effectively
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience creating and administering surveys and data reports
  • Experience working with survey/reporting platforms such as:
    • Qualtrics
    • Smart Evals
    • Sogo Survey
    • Alchemer
      (Equivalent platforms acceptable)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with data visualization tools such as:
    • Power BI (PBI)
    • Tableau
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using Pivot Tables in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SQL or similar data extraction/query methods
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field (must be completed and verifiable)
Education Requirement
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
    (Relevant experience may not be substituted for the degree requirement.)
