Job description

Revenue Analyst
5 months contract (Covering a leave)
FULLY REMOTE (EST or CST)
Pay rate 45-50/hr
Advanced Excel reporting skills are required. Some knowledge of Salesforce is strongly preferred.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate revenue forecasting, backlog management, and operational reporting for the Education business. The position requires strong ownership of recurring reporting cycles (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly), cross‐functional coordination, and meticulous management of Workfront and Salesforce data to ensure revenue accuracy and visibility for Finance, Sales, and Delivery teams.

Required Skills

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel/spreadsheet capabilities as well as Salesforce and Workfront expertise (or similar project/CRM systems)
  • Financial Acumen: Revenue recognition principles; financial analysis and forecasting; understanding of guarantee-based revenue models
  • Data Management: Data reconciliation and validation; report building and automation; trend analysis
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams
  • Project Coordination: Multi-project tracking; deadline management across varying cadences (daily through quarterly)
