Clarity Wellness Health Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist, including professionals with credentials as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from wherever you are based, while still being part of a supportive and collaborative therapist community. You will utilize a user-friendly digital therapist portal designed for efficient documentation and management of client interactions. Our outpatient office is technologically equipped to facilitate seamless virtual therapy sessions, fostering an effective therapeutic environment.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of our clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy through weekly live video sessions, focusing on adults facing emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
• Utilize digitally administered symptom self-assessments and progress measures to continuously adapt and optimize treatment plans, promoting client engagement and accountability.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in our advanced therapist portal, significantly reducing paperwork burdens.
• Seek ongoing support and guidance from the Therapy Leadership Team, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

You will work with a diverse clientele, primarily adults who require assistance in managing various emotional disorders. This role emphasizes the importance of culturally responsive care, as you will be engaging with individuals from different backgrounds, each bringing unique experiences and needs. Your expertise will play a critical role in empowering clients to achieve their therapeutic goals and enhance their quality of life.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and independent licensure in the state where you practice as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC. Multi-state licensure is an advantage.
• One year of independent practice as a licensed therapist is required.

• A minimum of three years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to individual adults.
• A strong commitment to inclusivity and willingness to treat diverse populations while adapting approaches to meet cultural needs.
• Proficiency and comfort with technology, specifically in integrating digital solutions into your clinical practice, are highly valued.
