Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of our clients.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy through weekly live video sessions, focusing on adults facing emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
  • Utilize digitally administered symptom self-assessments and progress measures to continuously adapt and optimize treatment plans, promoting client engagement and accountability.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in our advanced therapist portal, significantly reducing paperwork burdens.
  • Seek ongoing support and guidance from the Therapy Leadership Team, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, primarily adults who require assistance in managing various emotional disorders. This role emphasizes the importance of culturally responsive care, as you will be engaging with individuals from different backgrounds, each bringing unique experiences and needs. Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current and independent licensure in the state where you practice as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC. Multi-state licensure is an advantage.
  • One year of independent practice as a licensed therapist is required.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of three years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to individual adults.
