• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately understand the mental health needs and goals of clients, paving the way for impactful therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions using evidence-based practices to help clients navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.
• Provide couples and family therapy, addressing interpersonal dynamics, enhancing communication, and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate measurable objectives and interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Respond to crises by providing immediate support and intervention for clients in distress, ensuring safety and stabilization.
• Offer education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies to promote self-advocacy.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to all legal and ethical standards of confidentiality.
• Stay updated with relevant laws and ethical guidelines governing the practice of counseling to protect client welfare and ensure informed consent.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, obtained from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• Annual salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
