Empowermental Psychotherapy PTE. LTD. is seeking committed and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) for full-time remote positions. We cater to a diverse client base, addressing conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, and more. As a remote workplace, our telehealth facility combines modern technology with clinical expertise to provide flexible and accessible patient care. Therapists utilize secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing tools that allow for seamless interactions with clients, adapting to their needs from the comfort of their homes. Our work schedule primarily spans Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate varying patient requirements. This unique setting fosters a collaborative environment where practitioners can easily connect and share insights, ensuring that care remains coordinated and holistic.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients’ psychological needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups to address common mental health concerns and foster a sense of community among clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
• Provide effective crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, utilizing established protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Educate individuals regarding mental health conditions, potential treatment alternatives, and available local resources to enhance their understanding and promote informed decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate actively in case consultations, engaging in team meetings, and pursuing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Stay informed on the latest empirical research and advancements related to mental health therapy to maintain evidence-based practices.

Our patient population includes diverse individuals facing various mental health issues, ranging from those experiencing mild anxiety to individuals dealing with serious mental health conditions. You will engage with clients from multicultural backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive approach that respects each individual’s unique perspective and situation. Your contributions will support a therapeutic environment where clients feel understood and empowered to pursue their goals.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid and current license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.
• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and various therapeutic approaches.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Experience delivering individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele, demonstrating adaptability and cultural competence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enhance patient rapport and therapeutic engagement.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and unwavering adherence to ethical professional boundaries.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technological tools to facilitate documentation and communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute effectively to a shared vision of patient-centered care.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous, providing insights into remote therapy dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and retain clients from various backgrounds to support their mental health journeys.
• Knowledge of local community resources and programs that can enhance patient care and support.
