• Perform thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately understand clients’ mental health concerns and their specific needs.
• Collaboratively develop and execute individualized treatment plans with measurable goals that align with clients’ objectives.
• Provide weekly virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, emphasizing solution-focused techniques tailored to adult clientele.

Your primary focus will be working with adults from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling effective rapport-building with clients.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and an ability to maintain a non-judgmental stance are critical for every interaction.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities to effectively manage your caseload.
• A clean professional history, with no prior disciplinary actions on your license.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, we especially welcome applications from therapists with experience in teletherapy, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapy modalities. Your background in managing diverse client needs will enrich our community.
