• Document clinical notes accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards, while protecting client confidentiality.

Our client base is diverse and includes individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, particularly those who experience barriers to accessing mental health services. You will work with clients facing an array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, striving to empower them to achieve their personal goals for mental health and wellness.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. A Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, with a strong background in evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software effectively for scheduling appointments and documenting client interactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to function effectively within a healthcare team, providing a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, dealing with substance misuse, or addressing trauma is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Annual salary between USD 70,000 and USD 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
