As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients through video sessions, taking into account their history and current mental health status.
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Utilizing therapeutic techniques to support clients in developing coping strategies, achieving therapeutic goals, and fostering self-awareness.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices.

You will primarily work with adults from various backgrounds who present with a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related challenges. Your ability to empathize, listen actively, and tailor your therapeutic approach will significantly impact their healing journey.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active mental health license (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) in your state.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical therapy to adult clients.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, with a particular emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have:

• A demonstrated success record in a telehealth setting, utilizing online platforms for therapy confidently.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques or populations.
• Experience in collaborative treatment approaches and working within multidisciplinary teams.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
