Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to assess clients' mental health status and formulate tailored intervention strategies.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to address clients' unique goals and requirements.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients via teletherapy, utilizing both solution-focused and evidence-based approaches.
• Offer timely crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring immediate support and follow-up care.
• Engage actively in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and peer consultations, to stay current with mental health best practices.

Qualifications

• A valid and current clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards client care.

• No history of disciplinary actions on professional conduct.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience is required, we highly value a background in diverse therapeutic approaches or specific populations, such as trauma-informed care or couples therapy. Experience in teletherapy is also beneficial, given the nature of this remote role.

• Competitive annual salary range of $90,000 – $104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
