Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments through virtual consultations to determine clients' mental health statuses and individual needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific goals, adjusting strategies as necessary based on client progress.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques, tailored to meet the unique challenges presented by each individual.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when clients are experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring they have immediate access to the assistance they require.
• Engage in continuous professional development and self-improvement activities, including regular training and certification in new therapeutic methodologies to enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, fostering trust and rapport.
• A strong sense of compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards all clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, keeping up with documentation while prioritizing client care.
• No history of disciplinary actions on record with licensing boards.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical counseling setting or related mental health service.
• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with digital platforms for therapy delivery.
• Knowledge of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
