• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health to determine their specific needs and challenges.

Your focus will be on providing mental health services to a diverse array of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and personal transitions. By understanding their individual experiences, you will help clients uncover clarity and build resilience, fostering a pathway toward emotional stability and enhanced quality of life.

• A valid mental health counseling license in Virginia, such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering mental health therapy via virtual platforms.
• A strong commitment to client confidentiality and ethical practice.

• At least two years of experience in providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Experience working with a diverse client demographic and addressing culturally specific needs.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
