  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans which may include individual, couples, family therapy, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific goals and requirements of each client.
  • Respond to acute mental health crises, providing immediate support and crisis intervention as needed, while demonstrating a compassionate and reassuring approach.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that adhere to ethical and legal standards, documenting treatments, progress notes, and assessments accurately.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to orchestrate comprehensive care that addresses the myriad needs of our clients.
