This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to deliver services. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly understand each client's unique mental health needs, bringing clarity to their challenges and formulating appropriate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans which may include individual, couples, family therapy, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific goals and requirements of each client.
• Respond to acute mental health crises, providing immediate support and crisis intervention as needed, while demonstrating a compassionate and reassuring approach.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that adhere to ethical and legal standards, documenting treatments, progress notes, and assessments accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to orchestrate comprehensive care that addresses the myriad needs of our clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs throughout the therapeutic process.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with advances in mental health therapy through training and workshops.

Your work will directly impact children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. By providing tailored therapeutic services, you will assist clients in navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal conflicts, and life transitions, helping them to develop resilience and coping strategies.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is essential.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are vital for understanding complex mental health conditions.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience demonstrates your ability to provide effective therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for establishing rapport and trust with clients.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team is crucial for success in this role.
• A commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards is expected.

• Experience in a clinical setting focused on diverse populations is highly desirable.

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package including:
