Key Responsibilities

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions for individuals in need, utilizing evidence-based practices to address their mental health concerns.
• Establishing a secure and welcoming virtual atmosphere where clients feel comfortable discussing their challenges.
• Collaborating with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their specific goals and needs.
• Utilizing digital platforms effectively to document client progress, treatment plans, and necessary adjustments in therapy approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will center on serving a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will support adults and adolescents, ensuring a compassionate and person-centered approach to therapy that promotes growth and recovery. The flexibility of remote therapy allows you to connect with clients from various backgrounds, helping them achieve resilience and peace of mind.

Qualifications

• A valid mental health counseling license in Virginia (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC).
• A completed Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Proficiency in providing therapeutic services via virtual platforms.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
