What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow an existing book of business while identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and transportation partners.
  • Source transportation solutions that meet customer requirements while maximizing profitability.
  • Handle customer pricing, negotiations, and service management.
  • Coordinate shipments and proactively resolve transportation issues.

  • Proven experience as aFreight Broker, Logistics Account Executive, or Logistics Sales Representative.
  • Transferable book of businesswith active shipper relationships and revenue-generating accounts.
  • Strong experience selling and managingLTL freight solutions.
  • Demonstrated success inlogistics salesand customer acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using transportation management systems (TMS), CRM platforms, and load boards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional freight modes including FTL, Partial, Expedited, Drayage, Intermodal, or Specialized Freight.
