Role Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. In this role, you will focus on closing transport orders, building and growing your own book of business (customers), and contributing to the continued expansion of airRyd.com’s auto shipping services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a hunter mentality who thrives in a commission-based environment and enjoys the autonomy of remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new transport orders for vehicle shipping across the United States.
  • Build and maintain a personal book of customers (dealerships, individuals, fleets, etc.) through outbound efforts, networking, and relationship management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on the auto transport process and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to coordinate logistics and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance targets for orders closed and revenue generated.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or auto transport operations is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of closing sales and building a customer base from scratch.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with the auto transport industry (carriers, pricing, regulations) is a significant plus.
  • Must be highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
