Logistics Sales Coordinator

Location: Plano, TX, 75093.
Job Type: Full-Time On-Site
About the Opportunity:

Logistify is hiring driven, competitive individuals looking to build a high-income career in freight transportation sales.
This role is designed as a fast-track program. You will start as a Logistics Sales Coordinator and within 60 days, be promoted into a Business Development Representative role based on performance.
This is an opportunity for someone who is:
  • Highly motivated by income growth.
  • Looking for career advancement.
  • Ready to learn a high-value skillset in logistics and sales.
  • Starting salary of $42,000 annually
  • Uncapped Commission starting at 40% - with opportunity up to 50%
  • Top 50% of reps: $100,000+ after Year 1

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and carriers.
  • Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
  • Quote, negotiate, and secure competitive freight rates.
  • Resolve issues quickly to ensure service reliability.
  • Manage shipment data and updates in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-level service.
  • Assist with billing and account management.
