About the Role:
Join America's #1 Industrial Transportation Broker™, PERFECT FREIGHT SOURCE LLC as a Freight Manager and take charge of our logistics operations in Houston, TX. This exciting opportunity allows you to lead a dynamic team, optimize freight solutions, and drive efficiency in our supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily freight operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and clients to enhance service quality.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor freight expenses and negotiate contracts to optimize costs.
  • Broker freight and bid on current and potential business.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Train and mentor logistics staff to foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight management or logistics operations.
  • Strong understanding of transportation regulations and industry best practices.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • The idea candidate must reside in the Houston Area and must be willing to commute to office everyday.
