For workplaces, ezCater provides flexible and scalable solutions for everything from employee meal programs to one-off meetings, all backed by 24/7 service and business-grade reliability. For restaurant partners, ezCater helps grow their business by bringing them new high-value customers and large orders.
We're looking for a Sr. Restaurant Business Partner to join our team! This person will play a pivotal role in building trusted and deeply strategic partnerships with ezCater's enterprise restaurant partners, building shared growth goals for each partner that are grounded in exceptional operational performance, a streamlined offering, and optimized exposure. In this role, you will bring the ezCater opportunity to life for our partners, navigating and translating their needs, capabilities, and strategic priorities to deliver mutual success.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Partnership & Relationship Management
  • Establish rapport and build trust with contacts at all levels within a portfolio of ezCater's enterprise restaurant partners.
  • Understand and translate each partner's unique business to the ezCater opportunity, creating and implementing strategies for exceptional customer experiences and shared growth.
  • Proactively assess, validate, and optimize partner performance on an ongoing basis - your relationships will be strong enough to support joint problem solving.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable direction for stakeholders from C-level decision makers to individual store managers, building alignment and accountability throughout the partner organization.

Analytics, Insights & Operational Expertise
  • Lead as a subject matter expert on partner-facing and internal operational metrics, as well as partner-specific nuances that may impact metrics (e.g., integrations, corporate structure, etc.)
  • Leverage performance data to identify partner-specific patterns, root causes, and trends-then translate these into actionable insights that drive improvements, strategic decisions, and high-impact projects
  • Craft compelling, data-backed narratives to communicate performance, opportunities, and progress to catering partners in a way that builds trust and promotes collaboration.
  • Deeply understand operational metrics and the complex, cross-functional dynamics of each account to form a holistic view of how brands operate on our platform-and use that understanding to recommend the right mix of services, tools, and strategies that set each brand up for long-term success.
  • Present operational and functional insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement
  • Build and drive operational outcomes tied to specific business objectives that benefit both our partners' and ezCater's growth.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to drive alignment around and support for overall and partner-specific goals.

What You Have:
  • 4+ years experience partnering with and managing top-tier partners or accounts; experience with restaurant operations, final mile delivery, or e-commerce logistics preferred.
  • Track record of success building strong internal and external relationships and rapport, delivering business impact through collaboration, negotiation, and creative problem solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and distill them into clear recommendations for both internal stakeholders and external partners; expertise using analytical tooling (eg, Tableau, Sigma, Excel).
  • Articulate, executive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in resolving conflicts and finding creative solutions to address competing interests.
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence through active listening, empathy, and navigating through others' perspectives and motivation.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems; demonstrated ability to root cause and craft the right solution.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, both autonomously and cross-functionally in a team setting.

The national total targetcash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $92,000-$125,000 annually.*
