Applicants must be able to accept and maintain employment with agilon health in the United States for the full duration of their employment without sponsorship or work authorization support.

The Program Coordinator must be able to work in a team environment,but also able to own projects and work closely with the team and physicianpartners. Data analysis, creativity, positive energy, presentation skills, and thewillingness to learn are the primary characteristics for this position.Supports the operations team in a market in the development and operations ofprograms.

*Only candidates located in the area of Grand Rapids, Michigan will be considered. This is a hybrid opportunity up to 3 days a week

*This is an hourly position with our range from $18.00-$22.10

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist with agendas, meeting arrangements and minutes
  • Assist with projects for the Operations & Risk Adjustment team and otherassignments received by management.
  • Assists supervisor and department with presentations (i.e., provides contentediting/content recommendations in addition to standard proofing).
  • Collects and compiles data and information for analysis.
  • Composes routine, general correspondence to stakeholders and leadership
  • Effectively prioritize and complete assigned tasks and projects
  • Reconcile and validate data for accuracy and completion
  • Research and provide courteous, accurate and timely response to inquiries byproviders as related to Operations or Risk Adjustment projects and reports.
  • Tracks and monitors progress against timeline and key milestones
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
1. Minimum Experience

  • 1+ years of experience with customer service and/or office support
  • Experience working in a physician practice or within health planoperations is preferred

2. Education/Licensure:
Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent work experience
required


Skills and Abilities:
1. Ability to be a team player and exercise initiative in responding to practice
requests and concerns in a helpful and courteous manners
2. General understanding of the health care industry, ideally the provider
relations field-desired
3. Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills are required
4. Exercise attention to detail; ability to provide accurate data entry
5. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision, multi-task,
complete projects in a timely fashion and meet deadlines a must
6. Problem solving and organizational skills a must.
7. Language Skills: Strong communication skills both written and verbal to work
with multiple internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment
8. Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as
probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions,
percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
9. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a
wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
