Job description

Description
Join Nayax, A leading global fintech innovator (NASDAQ; TASE: NYAX) revolutionizing cashless payments, consumer engagement, and business management solutions. With over 1,200 employees across 12 offices worldwide, Nayax offers a diverse and dynamic environment where your work directly impacts the future of global commerce. We foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.
We are looking for a USA Retail Sales Director to join our team!
This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to own and define Nayax's retail market entry and growth strategy across the United States.
As Nayax accelerates its expansion into US retail, this role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will be responsible for building a multi-million dollar pipeline from the ground up, forging high-impact distribution partnerships, and closing complex, bundled deals with SMB and mid-market retail chains. You will operate with significant autonomy, a direct line to senior leadership, and the full backing of a globally established fintech platform that processes billions of transactions worldwide.
The USA Retail Sales Manager will report to the SVP Retail Business Development.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
• Owning the end-to-end US retail sales strategy- from pipeline development and partner recruitment to deal closure and account expansion.
• Building a qualified pipeline, targeting SMB and mid-market retail verticals across multiple US states.
• Closing high-value bundled deals combining POS hardware, software, payment processing, and loyalty/engagement solutions.
• Identifying, signing, and activating 2-3 strategic distribution partners (ISOs, VARs, acquirers) to scale reach beyond direct sales efforts.
• Landing and developing "lighthouse" customers- multi-location retail chains that validate Nayax's value proposition and serve as flagship references in the US market.
• Providing market intelligence and strategic input to shape product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market priorities for the US retail segment.

Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit:
• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in payments, POS, or retail technology, with a proven record of building and scaling revenue in the US market.
• Deep domain knowledge in integrated payments + POS ecosystems.
• A demonstrated history of building and managing indirect sales channels: acquirers, ISOs/agents, and VARs at scale.
• Executive-level commercial acumen- you sell business outcomes and revenue growth.
• Experience operating in high-growth, scale-up environments where structure is built, not inherited- you are comfortable with ambiguity and energized by ownership.
Why Join Nayax?
• Be part of a fast-growing, innovative global fintech company.
• Work in a dynamic environment where your insights directly influence people and business decisions.
• Collaborate with talented international teams across multiple regions.
• Enjoy a culture that encourages ownership, creativity, and continuous learning.
• Take on a pivotal market-defining role with a direct path to senior leadership as the US retail business scales.
