Seeking an experienced Epic IT Contractor with strong Healthy Planet and Compass Rose expertise to independently support Healthy Planet Compass Rose initiatives. Responsibilities include registry creation, Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) design and build, Remote Patient Monitoring program expansion, and ongoing application maintenance and optimization activities.
Responsibilities:

  • Independently support Healthy Planet Compass Rose initiatives
  • Create and maintain registries
  • Design, build, and optimize SDOH workflows
  • Support Remote Patient Monitoring program expansion
  • Perform daily maintenance activities, including service requests and minor optimizations
  • Analyze and diagnose complex system issues
  • Identify root causes and develop solutions or escalate as appropriate
  • Design, implement, maintain, optimize, and support Epic applications
  • Translate business and technical requirements into functional solutions
  • Configure, test, implement, and maintain application workflows
  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support
  • Troubleshoot incidents, document resolutions, and maintain technical documentation
