  • Ability to follow direction and escalation paths



Job Description:

The ATE Support Staff provides frontline, at‐the‐elbow support during Epic go‐lives and stabilization periods. This role focuses on real‐time workflow support for end users, ensuring confidence, adoption, and operational continuity across clinical and/or business workflows during and after go‐live.

ATE Support Staff serve as the primary day‐to‐day support resource for providers, clinical staff, and business users, escalating issues as needed while reinforcing best‐practice workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite, shoulder‐to‐shoulder Epic ATE support to end users during go‐live and stabilization
  • Support assigned clinical (back‐office) or business (front‐office) workflows based on project needs
  • Assist providers, nurses, technicians, and/or front‐office staff with real‐time Epic questions
  • Reinforce training concepts and correct workflows in live patient‐care environments
  • Identify workflow issues, system defects, or training gaps and escalate appropriately to Pod Leads
  • Document common issues and resolutions to support knowledge sharing
  • Maintain a calm, professional presence in fast‐paced clinical settings
  • Follow daily deployment plans and support schedules as assigned by Pod Leads
