About the Role
The Demand Generation Manager is an experienced individual contributor responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated demand generation programs that support pipeline growth within assigned regions, industries, or market segments. This role translates business priorities into targeted demand plans - using marketing levers such as digital campaigns, ABM, webinars, nurture programs, partner programs, SDR alignment, content activation, and field marketing integration to create and accelerate qualified pipeline.
This position monitors program performance, identifies risks and opportunities, and recommends actions to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue impact - partnering closely with Field Marketing, SDR, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Web, Campaigns, and Sales teams to drive measurable business outcomes through coordinated execution and continuous optimization.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
  • Develop and execute demand generation plans aligned to pipeline, revenue, and growth objectives for assigned regions, industries, or market segments - translating business priorities into quarterly and annual demand plans with clear audience, program, and campaign recommendations.
  • Design, execute, and optimize integrated demand programs using digital campaigns, webinars, nurture programs, ABM, partner programs, and sales activation motions - leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to improve efficiency, targeting, personalization, and performance at scale.
  • Monitor pipeline health, campaign performance, and conversion trends to identify risks, opportunities, and recommended actions - supporting pipeline forecasting and performance reviews with actionable insights for marketing and sales stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales counterparts, SDRs, Account Executives, and Partner teams to align demand generation activities with business priorities - coordinating campaign follow-up motions to support lead progression and opportunity creation.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, Web, Campaigns, and Corporate Marketing teams to support integrated planning and execution - translating segment, regional, or industry priorities into coordinated marketing programs and clear execution plans.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure demand generation effectiveness - including engagement, conversion, pipeline creation, and pipeline acceleration metrics - driving continuous improvement through testing, experimentation, data analysis, and post-campaign learnings.
Role Essentials
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of B2B marketing experience and 3+ years in demand generation, revenue marketing, digital marketing, campaign marketing, or ABM.
  • Proven success partnering with Sales or revenue teams to support pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Experience using marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and digital marketing technologies to manage, report, and optimize program performance.14
  • Strong communication, project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills - with the ability to prepare insights and recommendations in a clear, actionable format for senior audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with accountability for measurable program contribution, quality of execution, and continuous improvement across assigned regions, industries, or market segments.
What We'd Like to See
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve marketing effectiveness, scale targeting, and enhance personalization across the buyer journey.
  • Experience deploying campaign playbooks in partnership with global campaigns teams - and tailoring execution for specific audiences or market needs.
  • Proven ability to activate marketing tactics across the full buyer journey - from generating engagement to creating opportunities and supporting pipeline acceleration.
  • Experience participating in pipeline reviews, forecast discussions, account planning, and quarterly business reviews to share demand insights and recommendations.
  • Strong track record of sharing performance learnings and market feedback with cross-functional partners to improve future campaign planning and program effectiveness.
