Job description

A Dynata Content Development Manager creates, manages, and delivers high impact sales enablement content and learning experiences that drive performance and support organizational transformation. This role blends content strategy, learning experience design, and cross functional collaboration to ensure the sales organization is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed for success.
RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Content Creation and Curation - Develops and maintains a diverse range of sales enablement content, such as pitch decks, battle cards, templates, playbooks, case studies, and sell-sheets in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Content Management - Manages a centralized sales content library, ensuring all materials are up to date, organized, and easily accessible to the sales team; Highspot experience preferred.
  • Learning Experience Design & Curriculum Development - Designs curriculum and learning pathways that support sales performance and transformation initiatives, including e-learning modules, self-paced programs, instructor-led training, and modular learning experiences using Articulate 360.
  • Collaboration - Works closely with marketing, product, and subject matter experts to create relevant, accurate, and high quality content aligned with company strategy.
  • Performance Analysis - Tracks and analyzes content performance metrics and gathers feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness and alignment with sales goals
  • Content Optimization - Optimizes content for different stages of the buyer's journey, various buyer personas, and specific sales scenarios.
  • Industry & Competitor Analysis - Stays informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor messaging to inform content strategy and ensure competitive messaging.

SKILLS:
  • Content Writing & Design - Strong ability to create engaging and persuasive content tailored for sales engagement and learning environments.
  • Learning Experience Design - Expertise in curriculum design, e-learning creation, and structured learning pathways; proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) required.
  • Content Strategy - Ability to understand broader business and sales strategy to design content and learning that drive objective outcomes.
  • Technical Proficiency - Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, content management systems, and CRM tools; Highspot experience strongly preferred.
  • Analytical Skills - Ability to interpret content performance and training effectiveness data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration & Communication - Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and functions; adept at gathering stakeholder input and articulating learning recommendations.
  • Organization - Strong organizational skills to manage content libraries and complex learning initiatives.

The base salary range for this position in is $90K-$120K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
