Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative professional to design, develop, and improve engaging learning experiences that support organizational goals. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to create effective training solutions for a variety of audiences and learning formats.

What You Will Do
  • Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning content.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content, validate accuracy, and translate complex information into clear learning objectives.
  • Create storyboards, scripts, job aids, assessments, and supporting materials aligned to learning goals.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning best practices to improve learner engagement and retention.
  • Develop curriculum maps and learning paths to support onboarding, role development, and ongoing skill growth.
  • Review and refine existing training materials to ensure consistency, usability, and alignment with business needs.
  • Use learning technologies and authoring tools to build interactive and visually effective content.
  • Measure training effectiveness and use feedback, data, and evaluation results to drive continuous improvement.
