Core Services Group is seeking a Junior Level Training System Analyst to support training system development and classroom instruction for naval warfare operations. Ideally, the applicant is a former first-class petty officer with experience operating ASW and sonar equipment. Create high-quality visual content and provide instructional support for Anti-Submarine Warfare and Surface Warfare training programs.
This entry-level role involves learning existing systems, applying skills in software (like Adobe), providing basic classroom support, and working under senior analysts to improve training effectiveness, requiring strong analytical, communication, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support training system operation analysis and curriculum development
• Develop high-quality graphics and presentations for training materials (spreadsheet, ppt, pdf)
• Provide classroom instruction on Anti-Submarine Warfare and Surface Warfare combat-based topics
• Create visual content using Adobe Creative Suite for educational purposes
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts on training program enhancement
• Assist in developing instructional materials and assessments
• Support training delivery and student evaluation processes
Required Qualifications:
• Current SECRET Security Clearance
• 1+ year developing high-quality graphics for presentations
• 1+ year proficiency with Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Premiere) or equivalent computer programs
• 1+ year of experience providing classroom instruction on Anti-Submarine Warfare and Surface Warfare topics
