Job description

About the Role:

Location: Remote (Based out of India)
Type: Contractual (12 months)
Timings: 5 PM - 1:30 AM IST
PriceLabs is the category leader in dynamic pricing for short-term rentals and hotels, and we grow product-led. This is not a traditional book-meetings-and-hand-off SDR seat. You'll work across our growth funnel, trial activation, lead and churn recovery, marketing leads, and hotel outbound, and over time you'll move from running the core motion to owning experiments and improving the workflows behind them.
You'll work closely with Product, RevOps, Marketing, and our Solutions Consultants. If you like figuring out why a funnel leaks and then fixing it, you'll fit here.
What you'll do first
  • Own activation and recovery for trial, dormant, and churned users: find what unblocks them and move the conversion rate, not just the contact count.
  • Qualify and route inbound and marketing leads, using judgment on segment and fit.
  • Run targeted outbound to independent hotels and properties, and end-to-end campaigns including pre-event outreach.
  • Get sharp on why our funnel behaves the way it does, by segment and by stage.
What you grow into
As you prove out the core work, the role opens up:
  • Design and run your own experiments: form a hypothesis, test it, measure the lift, iterate.
  • Turn patterns you spot into changes, and build the automations and playbooks the team runs on.
  • Take ownership of conversion metrics, not just activity.
About you
  • 1-3 years in B2B SaaS, growth, CS, or sales, with evidence you can move a number, not just hit an activity quota. We care more about how you think than years on paper.
  • Analytical: comfortable reading funnel data, isolating a drop-off, and forming a hypothesis.
  • Systems-minded and curious, energized by ambiguity and by improving how things work.
  • Strong, clear communicator across regions, by phone and in writing. Real outbound and live conversations are core to this role, not optional.
  • Fluent (or fast-learning) with AI tools; bonus for any low-code automation experience (n8n, Make, Zapier).
  • Organized enough to keep your own pipeline and CRM clean.
Bonus
  • You've run an experiment or built an automation that measurably improved something.
  • Short-term rental, hospitality-tech, or travel exposure; familiarity with Zoho, Apollo, or cloud telephony.

How to apply for this position?

Please fill out the form with the required details. If your profile is shortlisted, our team will reach out to you via email. If you don't find the emails in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
