Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage broker relationships and retail accounts to achieve distribution, merchandising, and promotional goals
  • Build strong partnerships and conduct regular business reviews to drive performance and accountability
  • Translate national strategies into regional plans, identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and expanded distribution
  • Lead joint business planning, category reviews, and customer engagements using data-driven insights
  • Leverage syndicated data and monitor competitive trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Own account P&L, including trade investment, forecasting, and delivery of revenue and profitability targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and equip brokers with tools, training, and clear execution priorities

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of CPG sales experience (OTC, healthcare, or personal care preferred)
  • Drive growth and profitability across broker networks and regional grocery accounts
  • Lead joint business planning, category initiatives, and data-driven performance analysis
  • Influence cross-functional teams and external partners through strong communication and negotiation
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments as a collaborative, organized, and results-driven leader
  • Ability to travel an average of ~1-2 times per month

The salary range for this position is:$130,000.00 - $180,000.00

All Compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
