Sanimax is looking to hire a remote Account Representative based in the Minneapolis area to prospect new business as well as work with existing clients within the restaurant industry.

Position Summary:

The Account Representative is responsible for implementing sales and service strategies for our restaurant by-product collection service in their assigned territory. This individual plays a critical role in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to increase Sanimax's competitive advantage, improve customer satisfaction and enhance the company's reputation in the marketplace

Specific Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies

  • Maintain sustained growth by identifying new prospects and growing existing clients

  • Build relationships with restaurant and grocery store owners and enhance relationships with these customers

  • Take responsibility for margin and volume for your assigned territory

  • Create innovative customer service initiatives to increase customer satisfaction

  • Visit customer locations to better understand their business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience obtaining new business

  • Comfortable cold calling

  • Capacity to manage time effectively and set priorities

  • Able to understand the needs and stresses of the restaurant and food industry

  • Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
