Chief Operating Officer for growing Silicon Valley Law Firm
Infinity Law Group LLP is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the firm's business operations, drive organizational growth, and partner with firm leadership to execute its long-term vision. As a member of the executive leadership team, the COO will ensure the firm's operations, people, and business systems support exceptional client service, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
The COO will oversee all non-legal business functions, including finance, human resources, marketing, information technology, facilities, and administrative operations. This role is responsible for improving efficiency, developing high-performing teams, implementing scalable processes, and providing strategic leadership that enables the firm to continue growing while maintaining a collaborative and high-performing culture.
The successful candidate is an experienced business leader with a strong operational background, exceptional leadership skills, financial acumen, and a passion for building organizations.
We are based in Lafayette, CA. This can be a remote position so long as you are willing to travel to spend time in the office.

• Experience within a law firm or professional services organization strongly preferred.
