Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Salary: $160,000–$185,000 + Bonus
Location: Chantilly, VA - 100% In Office

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across the organization.
- Oversee Finance, HR, and IT functions.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and business performance initiatives.
- Build scalable processes and organizational infrastructure.
- Drive accountability across departments.
- Partner directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives and company growth.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
- Experience leading operations within a commercial professional services organization.
- Strong Finance and business operations experience, including budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and performance management.
- Experience overseeing HR and organizational development.
- Demonstrated success building processes, improving operations, and scaling organizations.
- Hands-on leadership style with a proactive, execution-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Operations, or related field preferred)
