Gratwick is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations and drive operational excellence for our innovative entertainment and media company.

About the Role:

As COO, you will be responsible for building scalable operations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient execution of company strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily business operations and company infrastructure
  • Build and optimize operational processes and workflows
  • Manage cross-functional team coordination and project delivery
  • Develop vendor relationships and partnerships
  • Implement systems for scalable growth
  • Drive operational efficiency and cost management
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of operations experience, including COO or VP Operations roles
  • Experience in entertainment, media, or technology industries preferred
  • Strong background in scaling startup or growth-stage companies
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams

Compensation:

This is an equity-based position with significant upside potential as a founding executive team member. Salary compensation will be milestone-based as the company grows.
