Remote Compensation and Equity Manager
Please note that this job is 100% remote. You will work using company-provided equipment.
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading technology company to fill their open Remote Compensation and Equity Manager job. To qualify, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject and at least 5 years of recent, relevant experience including direct equity or stock plan administration.
You will earn between $150,000 and $185,000 annually. You will also be eligible for an annual bonus and this company's competitive benefits package (details below).
Responsibilities:
-Maintaining and continuously improving the Company's compensation processes, policies, pay structures, and related tools
-Overseeing annual and midyear compensation review cycles
-Conducting compensation analyses
-Making recommendation for compensation adjustments and updates
-Leading compensation benchmarking processes
-Creating and maintaining salary bands, job leveling, and scope frameworks
-Conducting pay equity analysis
-Maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
-Managing all aspects of the equity-based reward program
-Designing and documenting the equity administration workflow
-Ensuring grant, vesting, and share data are consistent across departments
-Working with HR on grant administration, transfer agent submissions, etc.
-Working with Finance and Accounting to provide grant and vesting data
-Working with outside counsel on grant documentation, plan compliance, securities law matters, etc.
-Reviewing and reconciling equity data
-Preparing materials, schedules, and recommendation for the Compensation Committee and Board
-Maintaining all documents to support audit, SOX, and corporate governance requirements
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
-At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience including direct equity or stock plan administration
-Working knowledge of equity instrument and the full equity administration lifecycle
-Experience coordinating with transfer agents, equity administration platforms, and outside counsel
-Excellent Excel skills
-Excellent analytical skills
-Experience supporting a compensation committee or executive level decision making
-CPP and/or CEP preferred
-Experience in a multi entity or dual public company structure preferred
-Experience in a high growth technology, infrastructure, or financial services environment preferred
-Experience with international compensation administration preferred
Compensation:
-Annual salary between $150,000 and $185,000
-Eligibility for annual bonus
