Job Description

Manages on-site and remote Communications support including diagnosing, configuring, documenting complex problems and responding to issues at assigned site(s). Works towards system improvement, efficiency, and standardization. Leads and guides lower level network staff, as necessary.

Location: 5 Dakota Drive, New Hyde Park, NY

Job Responsibility

  • Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Webex, including portal management, policy configuration, and platform governance
  • Deep understanding of AV over IP protocols (Dante, AES67, NDI) and control system ecosystems (Crestron, Extron, Biamp)
  • Healthcare IT experience, particularly in clinical AV environments such as telemedicine, simulation labs, OR video, or command centers
  • Experience managing enterprise wide collaboration device fleets at scale (thousands of endpoints)
  • Demonstrated success developing multi-year technology roadmaps with associated capital planning and TCO analysis
  • Track record of leading platform migrations or large scale AV standardization rollouts across a multi-site environment
  • Experience building and operating an AV-as-a-Service or managed services model
  • Manufacturer specific certifications from Crestron, Biamp, Extron or Shure
  • AVIXA CTS certification (CTS-D or CTS-I a plus)
  • PMP, ITIL, or similar operational framework certifications

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience and 5-7 years of leadership / management experience, required.
