Key Responsibilities
Project Responsibilities:
  • Independently represent design on simple engagements and collaborate with group members on moderately complex engagements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to raise the level of work with every new experience and challenge by asking the right questions, advocating for design, and adding value.
  • Apply personal creativity to develop design concepts.
  • Utilize a broad range of software resources and design tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Suite.
  • Communicate the feelings of consumers and business audiences through visual communication.

Client Engagement:
  • Demonstrate proactive communication skills and adapt style to meet client needs.
  • Develop an understanding of clients' business challenges and translate those needs into relevant and impactful communications.

Collaboration & Execution:
  • Effectively manage your own workload.
  • Support teammates as needed with workload, technical questions, and related tasks.
  • Assist on engagements or tasks as needed within the Communications & Design team.
  • Learn and partner with others, including taking direction or providing it, and integrate seamlessly into multidisciplinary teams.

Adaptability & Culture:
  • Communicate a basic understanding of Human8's capabilities, including a general understanding of each department, internally and externally.
  • Foster an internal network of connections.
  • Embody Human8 culture and core values.
  • Consistently demonstrate professional maturity and calm confidence.
  • Prioritize and manage details successfully in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and resourcefulness.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience with a background in design.
  • Intermediate skill in PowerPoint and advanced capabilities in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with infographics, presentations, and illustration.
  • Ability to work well within multidisciplinary project teams and with internal and external stakeholders.
