Make consistent, high-volume outbound sales calls

Quote and sell Allstate Auto, Home, and bundled insurance


Build rapport and identify customer needs


Adapt your approach to different customers and conversations


Creatively overcome objections and ask for the sale


Consistently follow up on quotes and opportunities


Manage your pipeline and stay organized


Work toward individual and team sales goals


Bring a positive, dependable attitude to the team


Requirements

3+ years of Allstate sales experience preferred

Active Property & Casualty license

Proven success with outbound dialing


Strong phone and closing skills


High energy and the stamina to handle consistent call volume


Creative and able to think on your feet


Reliable and dependable


Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude


Coachable and team-oriented


Willing to work hard and take ownership of your results
