Work Environment

As a fully remote position, this telehealth role allows for a highly flexible work environment. Our experienced team utilizes video conferencing technology to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring that the therapeutic relationship is maintained despite the physical distance. You will have the ability to craft your schedule from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm, while enjoying the benefits of a no on-call requirement. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individualized video therapy sessions with clients to assess their mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based techniques to foster growth and healing.
  • Facilitate open discussions with clients regarding their emotions, challenges, and experiences to deepen their self-understanding and improve their interpersonal relationships.
  • Act as a client advocate, assisting individuals in clearly defining their personal and therapeutic goals to enhance engagement in the therapeutic process.
  • Utilize your clinical expertise to assess clientsโ€™ mental health conditions, developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans that adhere to a solution-focused methodology.
  • Regularly review and adjust treatment strategies based on client feedback and progress, ensuring a personalized approach to each clientโ€™s therapeutic journey.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes effectively.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses primarily on adult clients with low-acuity mental health concerns. Your role will involve providing stabilization and supportive therapy to individuals grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. You will play a crucial role in helping these clients build coping strategies and enhance their quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • An independent state-issued license such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital technology and teletherapy platforms, with strong computer skills to facilitate remote communications.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with low-acuity adult populations in a remote setting is highly valuable.
  • Familiarity with treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, or solution-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to your salary, you will receive:
